infoSpring Experience infoSpring has been providing businesses with solutions and support for over 10 years. infoSpring was formed with the experience and knowledge of CPA’s, programmers and Manufacturing & Distribution Industry managers. Our staff includes talented and knowledgeable consultants that are available to provide the technical support your business needs in at timely manner. infoSpring Staff is experienced with a variety of Exact Macola modules including Accounting, Distribution, Manufacturing, EDI, Warehouse Management, Event Manager, Bar-coding and Exact e-Synergy. Our company’s knowledge comes from an experienced staff that includes CPA’s, CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS), ex-C level managers of successful private and public companies and Microsoft certified consultants that provide the service and technical support our clients can count on. We are certified by Exact for Macola and e-Synergy. In addition we are certified by Sage Software for MAS applications. Our Tech Support We believe in Exact Software because we use it in our everyday business functions. Exact’s e-Synergy system helps us track progress on multiple clients and stay informed. This system organizes all projects, communications and support information in one central location, while making it accessible to all of our consultants from remote locations. Requests for support are handled via email (support@infospring.net), phone, web conference or by personal visit to your location. Once made, a support request is immediately entered into e-Synergy and an assigned consultant will contact you regarding your request.
